FAQs

How do I know you are a legitimate person?

This is a fair question. I want you to feel safe and at ease knowing you’re making the right investment. You can check my approved and ID-verified profile on Sacred Eros, a well-known directory for Tantra Practitioners, where they also have proof of my education in Tantra: https://sacrederos.com/listing/arielle-tantric-priestess/

What’s your education in Tantra and other related modalities?

I’m a Certified Tantric Masseuse and Tao Tantric Arts Teacher. I also hold trainings in Embodied Intimacy, Trauma and Trust Awareness, Biodynamic Breathwork, TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), and Cobra Breath Levels 1 and 2.

How do you manage privacy?

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. I am committed to ensuring that everything you share remains secure and private. If you'd like me to delete our conversations or any personal information you’ve provided at any point, please let me know, and I will take care of it immediately. Like any professional who values trust, I maintain strict confidentiality, and I expect that same level of respect from you.

What can I do if I haven’t heard from you?

Check your spam folder and ensure you have written your email address correctly. Alternatively, you can send me a direct email to ariellestouch@proton.me (make sure to provide all the information from the form). Don’t hesitate to write me again, I receive a lot of emails and sometimes don’t have time to answer all of them.

How can I prepare for our session?

Please communicate any questions, desires, expectations, or boundaries in advance.

Meditate on what you want to embrace and let go of as you engage with these practices.

It is better not to eat at least 2 hours before the session. Please avoid alcohol, energy drinks, and any other type of stimulants, including coffee, if possible. Shower right before arriving. Otherwise, you will be asked to take a shower before we begin.

Come hydrated, well-rested, and reserve some time to integrate after the session without obligations or distractions.

For longer sessions that involve deeper work, I recommend switching to a clean vegan diet a few days in advance. Avoid alcohol, gluten, and any processed foods. Focus on whole foods that make you feel good and stay hydrated.

What should I do after the session?

Drinking plenty of water, taking a warm shower, and eating grounding foods is ideal. Take time to rest, reflect, and integrate the experience. Different emotions and insights can arise in the days following the session. If you'd like to share anything with me via text or email, I’d be happy to hear from you and provide support if necessary.
